How to Download Digital Products

Guide to Downloading Digital Products on TrendsSvG

The digital products you purchased can be viewed and downloaded from your TrendsSvg account.

If you have questions about an order or product, the seller is the best point of contact.

Contact the Seller

There are two types of digital products:

  • Instant downloads: Files available immediately after payment confirmation. If you paid via PayPal or credit card on TrendsSvg, it may take a few minutes to receive your download link.

  • Made-to-order downloads: Digital products created to your specifications after purchase. The seller will send the files once they are completed.

To download a file, log in to TrendsSvg on a mobile browser or computer.

I Can't Find My Download Notification Email

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you use Gmail, also check the Social or Promotions tabs. If the email is not found, add trendssvgcontact@gmail.com to your safe sender list to prevent this issue in the future.

You can also access your digital products in your account.

Finding Your Digital Purchases in Your Account

To access your files:

  1. Log in to TrendsSvg.com and go to Your Account.

  2. Select Purchases.

  3. Next to the order, click Download Files to access the downloads page for all attached files.

  4. You can also return to the product listing page, where the Instant Download label will be visible.

There are usually no limits on how many times you can download a file, as long as the transaction has not been canceled or removed.

Note: If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grayed out.

When Will I Receive My Made-to-Order Digital Product?

The delivery timeframe for made-to-order digital items depends on the seller. Contact the seller through TrendsSvg Messages to confirm the estimated completion time.

To check your order status:

  1. Go to Account > Purchases & Reviews.

  2. If the order is still in progress, its status will show as In Progress.

  3. Once the product is completed, you will receive an email with a download link.

  4. You can also go to Purchases & Reviews and click Download Files.

After downloading, you can leave a review for the product.

I Purchased a Digital Product but Don’t Have a TrendsSvg Account

  • If you purchased as a guest, a download link will be included in the email receipt.

  • Made-to-order digital products will be sent once completed by the seller.

  • If you no longer have access to the original email, contact the seller directly.

Troubleshooting File Download Issues

If you can’t download a file, try the following:

  • Disable browser extensions such as ad blockers or toolbars.

  • If the file is corrupted, delete it and try downloading again.

  • Check the file format in the Product Highlights section of the listing.

  • For further assistance, contact the seller via TrendsSvg Messages or reach out to TrendsSvg Support.

Requesting a Refund or Cancelling a Digital Order

  • Digital products cannot be automatically returned or canceled.

  • Refund policies depend on the seller. Contact the seller via TrendsSvg Messages to request a refund.
