1. About Digital Download Products

A Digital Download is a product that has no physical form. You can download it immediately after purchase. These products may include design files, ebooks, documents, software, music, videos, etc.

🔹 What will I receive after purchasing?
After a successful payment, you will receive a link to download your file immediately. Additionally, we will send a confirmation email with the download link.

🔹 How many times can I download?
You can download your product unlimited times or according to the specified limit (if any). Please check the product details page for more information.

🔹 Do I need an account to purchase?
No, you can purchase without an account. However, registering an account allows you to manage your orders and re-download files when needed.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us via email or our support form to request a new download link.

🔹 I encountered an error while downloading or opening the file. What should I do?

  • Try downloading again using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

  • Check your internet connection.

  • If the file is compressed (.zip), extract it using WinRAR or 7-Zip.

  • If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, please contact us for support.

🔹 Can I re-download the file after purchase?
Yes, you can re-download your file anytime by logging into your account or using the download link in the confirmation email.

4. Copyright & Licensing

🔹 Can I use the product for commercial purposes?
This depends on the license of each product:

  • Personal License: For personal use only, not for commercial purposes.

  • Commercial License: Allows usage in business or commercial projects.

🔹 Can I share or resell downloaded files?
No. All products in our store are copyrighted. You are not allowed to share, distribute, or resell them in any form.

🔹 Can I sell your designs on physical product websites, in stores, or on my own website?
Yes, absolutely! You can use our designs on up to 100 physical items per design. License and copyright details are included in the zip folder with your order. If you can't find it, don’t worry—your information is updated in our system after your purchase.

If you plan to sell more than 100 items, please contact us to upgrade to a Commercial License. These files may not be resold, shared, or distributed in any form.

6. How to Resize PNG/JPG Files?

🔹 Can I resize images without losing quality?
Yes, you can use online tools like TinyPNG, Squoosh, or Photoshop to resize images without significant quality loss.

🔹 How to resize on a computer?

  • Windows: Use Paint or Photoshop.

  • Mac: Use Preview or Photoshop.

🔹 Are there free online tools for resizing?

7. How to Open ZIP/RAR Files?

🔹 Windows & Mac: Double-click the compressed folder or right-click and select "Extract Here." 🔹 Android & iOS: Use the Unzip app from the App Store or Google Play. 🔹 .rar Files: Use iZip or Unrar to extract them.

8. SVG File Not Found in the ZIP Folder?

All designs come with an SVG file. If you can’t find it, check the browser icon associated with the downloaded file. If you still have issues, please contact us.

9. Can I Use These Files Without a Cutting Machine?

Yes! You can use the PNG file for heat transfers and paper printing.

10. Why Do Some Areas in SVG Files Appear Colored in Cricut Design Space?

Cricut Design Space sometimes has issues with SVG files. If you notice unexpected colored areas, please follow the troubleshooting guide on our website. If the issue persists, contact us to receive a new file.
